This feature is only available in Unicart Pro Plan and above.

Sometimes,  it would happen that marketplace orders are not synced to Unicart automatically due to some unforeseen reasons behind. Hence, Marketplace Order Retrieval is designed to allow you to retrieve orders from marketplace manually. Due to marketplace API requirement, it works for 11street, Lazada and Shopee at the moment. Please follow steps below to retrieve missing orders manually.

 

Access: Orders -> Marketplace Order.

11street

  1. Select 11street channel.
  2. Enter the 11street order ID.
  3. Select the preference of order syncback remark in Unicart.

 

Lazada

  1. Select Lazada channel
  2. Select the current order status from Lazada.
  3. Select the date of order added. (Order Date, NOT Update Date or the date that you found missing)
  4. Select the preference of order syncback remark in Unicart.

 

Shopee

  1. Select Shopee channel
  2. Select the current order status from Shopee.
  3. Select the date of order added. (Order DateNOT Update Date or the date that you found missing)
  4. Select the preference of order syncback remark in Unicart.

 

After you fill in the details and click Confirm button, the missing orders will be retrieved in Orders Page.

 

Since this is a manual retrieval way, inventory will be deducted in Unicart only if the marketplace orders successfully retrieved manually. It will not update inventory from Unicart to other marketplaces if you have more than one marketplace integrated with your Unicart account. Kindly update inventory manually for other marketplaces after you retrieved marketplace orders in Unicart.
