Sometimes,  it would happen that marketplace orders are not synced to Unicart automatically after a few hours due to some unforeseen reasons behind. Hence, Unicart allows you to get missing orders from marketplace manually. Due to marketplace API requirement, it works for LazadaShopee, Prestomall and more. Please follow steps below to get marketplace order manually.

This feature is only available in Unicart Pro Plan and above.

1. Navigate to Orders, click More icon and choose Marketplace Order.

2. Select Marketplace you wish to get the order, fill in the required fields and click Confirm button.

Lazada

  1. Select Lazada channel.
  2. Choose update stock status.
  3. Select the date of order added. (referred to Order Date, NOT Update Date or the date that you found missing)
  4. Select the preference of order remark in Unicart.

Shopee

  1. Select Shopee channel.
  2. Choose update stock status.
  3. Select the current order status of the missing order in Shopee.
  4. Select the date of order added. (Order DateNOT Update Date or the date that you found missing)
  5. Select the preference of order remark in Unicart.

 

Prestomall

  1. Select Prestomall channel.
  2. Choose update stock status.
  3. Enter the Prestomall order ID that you want to manual sync.
  4. Select the preference of order remark in Unicart.

After filling in the correct details of the missing order from a particular marketplace, it will be successfully retrieved in Unicart Orders Page. At the same time, Unicart will update the latest inventory to all integrated marketplaces channels if the update stock status is enabled.

 

If you wish to retrieve the orders for a certain period of Order Date, and you do not wish to retrieve orders day by day, for example from 1st June 2019 to 1st of July 2019. Thus, please contact Unicart Support Team for further assistance and ask for this request.
