When customers from marketplace place orders with your products, the marketplace orders can be synced to Unicart and update inventory accordingly (provided marketplace products and Unicart products are linked). With this feature, you can get the orders automatically from marketplace easily every 5 minutes.
This feature is only available in Unicart Pro Plan and above.
1. Navigate to Settings and choose Store Settings.
2. Under Store Settings session, enable Marketplace Auto Syncback Order.
3. Click Save button.
Note: This is used for marketplaces that you have performed integration from Marketplaces Page. Lelong orders will be synced back to Unicart as well but not using the function above. Please refer to Lelong Sync or contact our support if you found Lelong orders are not synced after done the integration.
